I have reached 67 and still walk and cycle most days now. If I hear 'You shouldn't be doing that at your age ' once more I'll do the lolly.
ReplyDon't allow other, UN-motivated people, in your Gym, stop you from your workout, many people use the gym as a social club, they just stand around talking, and texting on their mobiles, if you know these people, they will stop you from achieving your goals, go to the gym, when you know these De-motivators will NOT be there.
