    Obviously alex & RepAus didn't even bother to attempt this exercise....I guarantee that if you did 10 of these in a row, you would be breathing far heavier that if you did a 'cardio workout'......give it a go before you judge...

    Because its not a cardio work out, it is obviously a strength and size exercise.
