February 21, 2011, 11:28 amI have sizable legs and glutes from a decade of semi-pro rugby union. Post rugby, I’ve taken up triathlons. While my upper body has decreased considerably, my bottom half hasn’t. To be more competitive, and for aesthetics, I want to downsize my mass below the waist. Any ideas?
