Hi Doctor I have quite severe bunions and over pronation, as a result I have been suffering from tendonitis of the peroneals, Is there anything I can do to relieve the pain. I also have weak glute medius, so would strengthening this area take any pressure of the load on my feet
ReplyHi Doctor John, I see that there are heeps of ways to turn a fat body into a muscula cut one,but i can't find how i can turn my boney body into one. I DON'T want a body like mister universe, more like Hugh Jackman or a calender model,in saying that i can't fix my FACE but hopefully i can fix my skinny body. thank-you.
