Keen not to let his body go after retiring from footy, Koster enjoys his training a lot more now than in his playing days. ReplyKym is an inspiration to all men. Manhood is not just about having a finely tuned physical appearance but more about carilng and sacrifice. There are too many males who turn their backs on their responsibilities and go and hide away. Good on MH for choosing this man as an example to others.
