Amal Alamuddin and George Clooney tied the knot only two months ago, but the pair is reportedly already looking to adopt a child.
According to The Daily Mail, the human rights lawyer and the Hollywood actor hope to become parents to a child from a war-torn country in the near future.
"They're hoping to use the adoption to highlight the plight of orphans in countries like Syria," a source said, adding that George has been inspired by his best friends, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who have six kids between them, with half adopted from different countries.
If the news is true, it will be the first child for both.
Clooney and Amal are known for their humanitarian efforts, with Alamuddin working as a human rights lawyer in Britain, and as a representative for UNICEF.
Clooney serves as one of the United Nations Messengers of Peace, and is involved in the 'Not On Our Watch Project', an organisation that aims to stop mass atrocities on a global level.
