Chocolate Mocha Knickerbocker Glory

Serves:
4
A chocolate ice cream treat.

Ingredients

2 cups milk
4 tablespoons coffee and chicory essence
8 scoops chocolate ice-cream
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
whipped cream to serve
chocolate fingers, such as Flake, to serve

Method

Chill 4 glasses in the freezer. Place milk and essence in a blender and blend until frothy. Layer ice-cream in glasses, pour milk mixture over, top with cream and Flake and serve immediately.
