Lady Pink Cocktail

To help raise money for breast cancer awareness, the Merivale Group has created a limited-edition Pink Lady cocktail, $17. The drink will be served throughout October at Sand Bar (Slip Inn), Hemmesphere, The Den, The Lounge, Gin Garden and Pool Club, with $5 from each cocktail donated to charity. To serve your own Pink Lady cocktail at your own fundraising events this month, such as a Girls' Night In, try this recipe:
Ingredients
- 30ml Belvedere pure
- 15ml Lemoncello
- 15ml Martini bianco
- 3 White grapefruit chunks
- 30ml Pink grapefruit juice
- Dash egg white
Method
1. Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serve martini style.
