Get organised
Save time and space by streamlining your linen cupboard...- Keep sets together to make sheet changing easier and to ensure even wear to matching pieces in your set.
Lightly scent your linen cupboard with a spray of lavender or lemon water for a fresh fragrance and a relaxing night's sleep.
Care for your linen
Do change your sheets each week. Before washing, always read the care instructions and check for colour-fastness.Don't soak linen in hot water or bleach. Instead, use cold water to loosen dirt, and NapiSan to lift stubborn stains. Follow with a cold machine wash before hanging out to air-dry.
Do place your doona and pillows in the sun or dryer for 5-10 minutes each week to remove moisture and fluff them up.
Don't forget to sun your mattress, doona and pillows every few months to reduce the chance of bed mites. Doonas and pillows should be dry-cleaned annually.
