I have been watching the show as I used to like reading the magazine.

However having gotten an insight into the dynamics of the staffing (particularly Jackie's controlling, narcissistic tendencies and the staff's desperate manipulation of her in order to get anything sensible across the line) I will never buy Marie Claire again.

Does anyone else feel this way? That Jackie is the worst of every bad boss we ever had, rolled into one?

Whilst looking at pictures of naturally beautiful confident every-day people, and knowing the cameras are on her, she is saying "can't use her, she's too ugly"  and "looks like Marge Simpson!"

She works, uses and abuses her staff then gloats about having her own treadmill at the office, and having someone come to HER a the office to give her a manicure because she's soooo busy. "That's TIME management."

Bet you'd bust your chops if any of your staff pulled that stunt Jackie.

What an awful, awful person.

Just goes to show that women in high places can be just as despicable as men. I am embarrassed for our sex. I wish that we were better represented.
