Celebrity vs PETA

Lady Gaga's infamous meat dress raised more than a few eyebrows at the VMA's earlier this year - it also caught the disapproving eye of PETA, who calmly commented, "The stunt is bringing lots of people to PETA.org to download a copy of our vegetarian/vegan starter kit, so I guess we should be glad."
Gaga defended her decision to wear the dress by saying it was merely a representation of free will. "As you know, I am the most judgement-free human being on the earth," said the singer. "If we don't stand up for what we believe in and don't stand up for our rights, pretty soon we're going to have as much rights as the meat on our bones."
