Lively is good friends with Christian Louboutin, who named a pair of his famous heels after her. So what would she do if stranded on a desert island where she couldn't wear heels? “That’s complicated because you can’t wear heels in sand, so I would ask Christian to design a custom shoe for me," Lively joked.
