Known for his boho chic prints and red carpet dresses, Williamson is the first fashion designer to collaborate with the Italian luxury goods brand.
"We've chosen Matthew for his great sense of colour and his signature style, which resonates perfectly with the history of our brand," explains Bulgari CEO Francesco Trapani in a statement.
The collection will be presented at Milan Fashion Week this September.
