Clay Facial Mask to help cleanse all skin types.YOU NEED: 1 teaspoon of French green clay 1 teaspoon kaolin clay 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel 1 tablespoon rosewater2 drops rose geranium essential oil
HOW TO: Mix the French green and kaolin clays together. Add in the remaining ingredients. Apply to dry skin for 10 minutes, wash off and moisturise.

Balinese Boreh to stimulate and increase blood circulation.*Not suitable for pregnant womenYOU NEED: 6 drops sandalwood essential oil 1 tablespoon almond or jojoba oil 1-2 teaspoons rice powder ½ teaspoon sandalwood powder 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric, whole cloves and grated galangal (or extra ginger)
HOW TO: Combine oils and set aside. Grind remaining ingredients in a mortar and pestle with warm water to form a paste, and massage over the body. Add oils to a warm bath and soak away the paste.
