The look: "The designer Dhini had a whole range of great marching hats to work with for the parade, so for the girls to look young and fresh as they marched down the runway, we wanted them to have a look that set low to complement the hats. We created a strong, sleek low-set pony tail and added detail to the look with a twist through the tail that looked young and playful," says hair director Brad Ngata for L'Oreal Professionnel.

How to:

  1. Apply L'Oreal Professionnel Texture Expert Expansion mousse to damp hair and blow dry in.
Apply a combination of L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.art A Head Glue with equal parts of L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.art Liss Control to the top half of the hair and smooth back into a low ponytail. Use a fine-toothed comb to smooth over the hair before tying off into a ponytail.
Split the ponytail into two sections. Twist each section separately and then twist the sections together to form a rope, smoothing more product through as you go. Finish with a spray of L'Oréal Professionnel Elnett Strong Hold.
