MBFWA S/S 2012/13 GET THE LOOK: Toni Maticevski

THE LOOK: “The [clothing] collection played up textures – sheer, heavy and polished. To enhance this we went for a look that showcased very clean lines with lots of extended hair to give ultra-long lengths,” says Jayne Wild, ghd hair director.

HOW TO:
1. Prepare your strands for styling by spritzing on ghd Heat Protect Spray. Then dry your damp lengths using the ghd Air and a round brush to help create volume.
2. Next, divide your hair into sections using a tail comb, such as ghd Tail Comb, and then smooth each one using a straightening iron. Wild recommends ghd Gold Classic Styler.
3. Section off the front of the hair and pulling it back into a ponytail, making sure you leave the sides loose.
4. Then, take a small section of your hair from underneath your ponytail and wrap it around your elastic band.
5. Finally, finish by setting your style with a light misting of hairspray, like ghd Final Fix Hairspray, and then a shine spray, such as ghd Final Shine Spray, for a healthy, glossy finish.
