What is more important, talent or drive?
Drive. Without drive, talent can rarely be fully realised.

On a scale of one to ten, how significant a role does luck play when it comes to success? Three. As my high school principal once said to me, there's no such thing as good luck, there's only good preparation!

Which is more critical, the idea or the execution?
Execution. Ideas are very critical but as a strategist, my focus tends to be on the execution.

Passionate. I'm motivated far more by passionate people and figure that the people around me will be motivated when I am passionate.
