Couple's Pet Dogs Crash Their Wedding Dance

There are people that love dogs, and then there are Shandess and Jason Griffin.

In a video that went viral earlier this year (above), the couple famously got engaged with the help of Shandess' four pooches.

Now, they're married - and their beloved dogs not only took part in the wedding ceremony, they also made a star appearance during the couple's first dance as man and wife.

While Shandess and Jason waltzed around the room, the dogs couldn't help but get in on the action, mostly by standing around eyeing the treat table.

"They are part of the reason we actually got together in the first place - Jason was the only man to approach me about my dogs and know their actual breeds," explained Shandess.

"Instead of asking for a date, he asked me to go on a walk with the dogs and that obviously struck a chord."

From then on, her pups Samoyed Zero, Bernese mountain dogs Holden and Arbor and Australian Shepherd mix Navi played a big part in their relationship.

"There was never a wedding in my mind without them included," said Shandess. "The dogs were super well-behaved and overjoyed to be a part of our wedding day. I was overjoyed and beyond happy (they) could be there at my wedding."
