Pilates

Pilates is the perfect winter exercise. You can do it indoors, it’s not as demanding as a cardio workout and it helps to build core strength and stability, as well as creating a toned and flexible body. If you stick to a gentle program throughout the winter months, by the time spring rolls around you’ll be ready to peel of the layers to reveal a fabulously enviable body. It’s no surprise this workout is favoured by the world’s top dancers, athletes and celebs.
