A healthy breakfast, light lunch and balanced dinner with fruits and veggies snacks and low gi food and 30 minutes exercise everyday.
Don't punish yourself or beat yourself up when you fall off the wagon, love yourself enough to get back on and choose health and happiness.
Eating plenty of seasonal fruit and walking instead of taking the car.
Coffee alone is not a healthy breakfast! Have something healthy to get you up and kicking!
Stay true to yourself - You may not be a size 8 but if you feel happy within yourself then thats what makes you healthy!
I run everynight, play netball and volleyball and eat healthy but I don't miss out on the naughty stuff either!
Keep a positive mind-set, make goals, maintain healthy diet and calorie count, daily exercise.

I've given up sweets. I'm just regaining my vitality back and feeling satisfied eating for hunger not "just because I like sweets".
Going to the gym for at least 30 minutes a day and have a balanced diet.
Always make sure you stretch before and after exercising to lower the chance of an injury.
Get out in the warmer weather and enjoy nature! It's the best way to keep active!

I don't really have any that's why I need a trainer to teach me. I suppose it would be 'everything in moderation'!

I try to attend my gym everyday of the week and have the weekend off.

Downsize your plate of food and eat after 7pm it worked for me I lost 18Kg.

There is no such thing as a diet, simply a healthy lifestyle. Eat foods that are LHI (Low human interaction). Stay away from foods that are overly processed.
I always make sure I have fresh fruit handy incase I need a sugar pep up. Keeps me away from the spur of the moment chocolate purchases and is fresh and nutritious so it’s therapeutic to eat.
If I'm ever feeling stressed at home, the first thing I do is tidy my living spaces and light a scented candle. Messy bed, messy head.
Try incidental exercise, get off the bus a stop earlier, take the stairs instead of the lift and set a diary reminder to stand up and walk around every hour.
