Admittedly, dusting isn’t the most intensive of household activities, but it is surprisingly good at burning calories and can even work in toning your arm muscles. It is thought that dusting for half an hour straight will help you burn approximately 50 calories, which is as many as can be found in a small chocolate bar. Not only will your surfaces be dust free, but you’ll be able to allow yourself a bit of guilt free indulgence.
