Incorporate these three simple things into your life on a daily basis and improve your mental health
Right here, right now
Develop a habit of taking a few moments each day to focus on your surroundings, scenes and mood. Even if you’re in a bad mood, observe the feelings, be curious, and accepting.Instead of creating another negative emotion by being upset about being upset, acknowledge and accept that is the way you're feeling in that moment.
Breathe easy
Allocate five minutes: Find a quiet place, sit in a comfortable position and begin to deepen your breath. Breathe through your nostrils and gently concentrate on the feeling, sound and rhythm of your breathing.Thoughts and distractions will inevitably arrive, but try to simply label them as a ‘thought’ and return to your breath. No matter now much time is spent focusing on breathing or thinking, you will feel better.

Gratitude
It’s so easy to focus on the negative aspects in our lives. But there are so many things we can be thankful for!At some point today, if not now, think of five things you are truly grateful for, or more if they come to mind.
Think of and write down new things regularly, and never discount the small joys in your world.
