There are some people who advertise Seminars claiming to transform your life in 48 hours.
This is typical of  LGATS.
A "LGATS" is a Large Group Awareness Training Seminar.

Typical LGATS are EST, Landmark Forums, ISA, PSI, all offshoots of Scientology methods..
Consider this, it takes a child a long time to learn to walk, time to learn language, time for a stroke victim to regain the use of limbs or speech, time to learn to read/play music.
All things of value, take time to learn.
If you really want to change your life, habits, etc, then seek fully Qualified and Professional help and expect it to take time to change what has taken years to develop.
At least then you have the legal protection of standards and ethics that must be adhered to by the REGISTERED and QUALIFIED Therapist.

Do not entrust your Mental Health to an UNQUALIFIED person who claims to have the secrets of the Universal Laws that Govern Humanity.and claims to teach you, based on Quantum Physics and Quantum Mechanics how you can learn to vibrate at a higher frequency and ascend spiritual levels.

A person who has no recognised training or Professional Qualifications in Quantum Physics, is not the best tutor.

The old saying that "If it sounds too good to be true then it probably isnt" is a good guideline to use in regards to claims of life transformation in 48 hours.
"Graduation evenings" and "Free Information evenings" are just ploys to get people into a situation where the hard sell can be applied to coe-erce you to sign up for an expensive session of emotionally, verbally, psychologically abusive psychotherapy tactics designed to wear you down and make you accept that everything the Seminar leader is telling you is the truth.
To be abused, controlled, dominated, bullied, then suddenly told youve "Got it" and to feel the induced euphoria obtained through psychological manipulation, is not worth the $1,000+ pricetag,
