Hi All
Yes I found this new version, Im not a fan, and I didnt save our stats! Im wondering if any other January Banders have come across and might have the stats?? I doubt it - as the Yahoo people only gave us a couple of days notice and I was away over the weekend so only discovered on Monday..
Not much change for me, I am going to relax a bit over the silly season and enjoy this year as it has been one hell of year!

Hi Gail and others,
I am still here, just been run off my feet taking care of my dad who was rushed to hospital at the beginning of Nov and had to spend 4 weeks there, he is home now but needs to be visited/stuff done etc (too long a story to go into it)!
All still good with me on this journey, I havent had a proper weigh in with the surgeon for ages but other scales say I’m under the magic 100kgs! Which would be great if the docs scales say that too! Im not going to worry too much over the silly season, Im going to keep up the exercise as much as possible. I have to say one thing I have brought my very first pair of Lorna Jane tights (even though they are way too expensive) but I have never been able to fit into them I use to just buy the $10 black tights from Kmart/Target/Best and Less....
I hope everyone has done all there Chrissy shooing and have a lovely break.
Cheers

Hi All,
Yes I am still around just had a chance to get onto this board and still struggling to come to terms with the new format!
Well done to EVERyone you have done fantastic over the past 12 months and Tracy of course you can join us you will have noticed we have lost the rest of January 2010 Banders in the new format!
Gail: Thanks for your thoughts, my dad is on the mend, slowly, but he will get there..
I have added my stats but seriously have no idea how much I weigh! As I think I mentioned I only ever weigh in at the surgeon and I haven’t been to him for a couple of months but on the gym and GP's scales I was under 100kgs!! BUT I think they are a little out! I have certainly been indulging over Xmas mainly on all the food that slides down easy (cheese, chocolates, cold meats etc) but I am still getting out and exercising every day except I had Xmas day off...

Hi Karen,
Welcome to this forum, we have lost a few of our 2010 Bandits in the change over from the old forum.
I cant speak from experience as I have been fortunate with my weight loss, but I dont think more fill is the answer? This is probably what others have asked.
How are you going on the exercise front? Is what you are eating -when you can eat - good things, protein, good oils etc etc? As we all know that the food that slips straight through is all the bad stuff (believe me over the last few months I have been giving the bad stuff a real workout..ha ha) Keeping up the fluid intake (try at least 1.5 litres of water a day as thirst is often confused for hunger)..Keep a diary of what you eat and drink and maybe make an appointment with your Nutritionist and ask her/him for some suggestions?
Just some thoughts..
Cheers
DJ
