Its my 7th day now since being banded.
Just thought I would let everyone know that some light exercise helps expel the gas, encourages a bowel movement and feels really good. I was told I was allowed to recommence exercise by the 3rd day but today was the 1st time I felt like exercising.
I only did 40 minutes on a treadmill, no running, just walking on an incline and its worked wonders for me.
