1 Cut wing tips from chicken and discard. Cut chicken at each joint into two pieces.
2 Combine soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Stir until combined. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
3 Line a roasting pan with baking paper. Place chicken pieces, in a single layer, in prepared pan. Pour over soy mixture.
4 Cook in a hot oven (200C), turning halfway through cooking, for about 1 hour, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
