Figs with Greek Yoghurt and Thyme Honey

Serve these sweet figs as breakfast or as a light dessert.

Ingredients

8 ripe fresh figs (preferably organic)
500g tub good-quality Greek-style yoghurt
warmed thyme honey (or any good-quality, aromatic honey) to drizzle

Method

1. Gently wash and dry figs, then cut each in half and divide between four serving bowls. Top fig with generous dollops of yoghurt and drizzle with honey to serve.
