Tomato and Avocado Sashimi Salad

A super easy side dish that will complement almost any meal.

Ingredients

680g mixed heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs coriander leaves

Method

1. Layer tomatoes and avocado on platter. Drizzle lime juice and oil over the top.
2. Sprinkle on coriander and salt.
