A super sweet smoothie packed with antioxidants.
Ingredients
1 plum, halved, pitted and quartered
1 nectarine, halved, pitted and quartered
1 peach, halved, pitted and quartered
1/2 cup brewed white tea, chilled
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tbs fresh lime juice
2-3 tbs honey
1/8 tsp cardamom (optional)
Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
