2 small fresh chillies
2 small garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tbs mango nectar or apple juice
2 tbs reduced-salt soy sauce
Method
1. Process all the ingredients in a blender until a thick and smooth dipping sauce forms. Serve.
