Crave-Reducing Shake

The perfect energy boost that's tasty and healthy, too.

Ingredients

1⁄2 large frozen banana, cut into 2.5 cm chunks
1⁄2 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yoghurt
1⁄2 cup fat-free milk
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips

Method

1. In a blender or a food processor, combine the banana, yoghurt, milk and flaxseed. Blend or process for 1 minute, or until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
2. Drink immediately or transfer to a freezer-proof container. Place in the freezer for up to 3 days. Thaw in the refrigerator for several hours.
