Ingredients
1 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yoghurt
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
1. In a small bowl, stir together the yoghurt, apple, flaxseed and cinnamon.
