Honey Mustard BLT Sandwich

A healthy and delicious take on the traditional BLT sandwich.

Ingredients

3 slices extra-lean turkey bacon
3 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey mustard
2 slices light wholemeal bread, toasted
1/2 cup baby spinach
2 slices tomato

Method

1. Cook the bacon according to package directions.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over 1 side
of a bread slice.
3. Top with the spinach, bacon, tomato and the remaining bread slice.
