Goat’s Cheese, Pear and Pecan Sandwich

A tangy and fruity sandwich ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

60g (about 1/4 cup) herbed goat’s cheese, at room temperature
4 slices wholegrain bread, toasted and halved diagonally
1 Corella pear, sliced
2 tbs pecans, toasted and chopped
1/4 cup watercress sprigs
2 tbs honey

Method

1. Spread cheese onto 4 half slices of toast.
2. Top with pear, pecans and watercress; drizzle with honey.
3. Top sandwiches with remaining halves of toast and serve.
