1 Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain, reserving ¹/³ cup pasta
water. Boil or microwave broccoli until just tender. Drain.
2 Cook salmon, skin-side down first, in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Remove. Flake salmon. Discard skin.
3 Heat oil in same pan. Add zucchini. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until soft. Add cream, wine and parmesan. Stir until hot. Stir in pasta and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in reserved pasta water and salmon.4 Garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
