Smoked Trout, Horseradish and Watercress on Rye

Ingredients

12 rye crackers
12 tsp horseradish cream
2 cups smoked trout, flaked
1 cup watercress, trimmed and cut into small sprigs
18 cherry tomatoes, halved
Pinch of cracked black pepper

Method

1. Spread crackers with horseradish cream and top with trout.
2. Arrange watercress and 3 tomato halves on top of each cracker.
3. Season with pepper and serve.
