A fancy take on fruit salad that takes only a few minutes to make
Ingredients
3 large oranges, peeled and segmented; pith removed
1 pink grapefruit, peeled and segmented; pith removed
1 yellow grapefruit, peeled and segmented; pith removed
40 ml water
2 tsp molasses sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 mint leaves, roughly chopped
1 tsp dried rose petals
Method
1. Arrange fruit in a bowl.
2. Heat water in a small saucepan. Add sugar and cinnamon; stir to dissolve.
3. Dress fruit with a drizzle of syrup and a sprinkling of mint leaves and rose petals.
