Ricotta, Strawberry and Cinnamon Toast

This is great way to use gorgeous ripe strawberries during Summer time and only takes a few minutes to prepare. Serve with a glass of chilled Soy Milky Vanilla and you have a complete breakfast!

Ingredients

4 slices of bread
8 tablespoons fresh ricotta
pinch of cinnamon
4 large strawberries, sliced
4 teaspoons honey

Method

Toast all the slices of bread and let them cool slightly on serving plates. Spread each piece with two tablespoons of ricotta.

Sprinkle cinnamon over each piece and top with one sliced strawberry. Drizzle each with a teaspoon of honey and serve.
