Step 1
Cook the pasta according to packet directions. Heat a large frying pan, melt margarine,add onion, mushrooms and cook until onion transparent.
Step 2
Sprinkle flour into the pan and stir, cook for 2 minutes while continuing to stir, thenand simmer until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Stir in baby spinach leaves and continue to cook until the spinach is wilted.Serve immediately on the cooked pasta.
