Victoria Beckham may be known for her slender figure, but according to Gordon Ramsey she is not one to deprive herself of food.

Ramsey who appeared on US chat show Jimmy Kimmel Live! spoke candidly about his famous friends appetite.

“She eats like a horse!” he told the host.

Kimmel was not entirely convinced and jokingly said, “what kind of horse? A very thin horse...one of those carousel horses?”

Ramsey who was quick to respond said, “Honestly, she eats incredibly well. She eats healthily.”

Ramsey and his wife Tana, who are close friends with Victoria and David Beckham, went on to discuss a recent dining incident that left them in shock when Gjelina restaurant in Venice, California refused to alter Victoria’s meal.

She was left disappointed when the chef at the restaurant refused to serve her salad with the dressing on the side.

Ramsey said, “David and Tana were there and we sat down and she [Victoria] fancied a smoked trout salad. David turned around and said ‘Would you mind no dressing?’ Waiter comes back and says, ‘Sorry we can’t do that.’”

The 44-year-old chef added, “We sat there in shock. We are not exactly asking for the garnish for the short ribs to go with the sea bass, we just want one f***ing salad and no dressing...I went in the kitchen and did it myself!”

Clearly celebrities don’t always get their way first time around.
