It might seem like the easy option, but even food listed on the healthy choices menu at your local McDonald’s is packed with artificial colours, flavours and preservatives that your body will hate you for. Not to mention the fact that ground beef combines the meat from many different animals, exposing you to disease-causing bacteria. Resist the temptation of convenience and whip up your own healthy burger at home using grass-fed ground beef.
