A member of the cabbage family, kale is rich in sulfur, calcium, iron and Vitamin A, which helps support the stomach and heal ulcers. To turn this veggie into a crunchy snack, simply preheat oven at 180°C, rinse and dry a large bunch of kale and remove stems and tough center ribs. Rip kale into large pieces and sprinkle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Voila! You have yourself a delicious, healthy chip.
