Around the nation's capital cities food trucks, like Sydney's Eat Art Truck (pictured), are cropping up in carparks and public spaces, selling everything from burgers to Mexican fare. "We have to support these guys or they won't be around next year", says Valli. "And the food is soooooo good!"
