    @Peter, veraity? sensebell? exept? A healthy diet should consist of smaller portions, as much fresh produce as possible and a veary healthy exercise regime. Education would obviously help too in your case.

    your food intake should be moderate veraity eat sensebell and have no problems exept mushrooms you dont know all the rest is fine but dont over doit
