We all need a quick fix in the kitchen from time to time. But when it comes to food, there are some shortcuts that save mere minutes, but cost your wallet and your health big time.
Don't use sugar - use a heaped tablespoon of vanilla yoghurt with the fruit puree then gently fold through for a marbled effect before popping in the sticks- my kids love them and they are so healthy they can eat them for breakfast and they think they are getting a treat
