Each coffee your barista pours is, exaggerating only slightly, a little work of art, so when your local cafe is pumping on a Saturday morning you may have to wait longer than usual for your coffee. Try not to complain about it too much!

One thing this pretty feeble story doesn't tell is that Espresso has less caffeine than drip coffee...And yeah...elephant dung coffee sounds like a rip off to say the least!....Trust the Thais to thing of new and interesting ways to make money (I'd go for python dung coffee myself!) It's not original though, Kopi Luwa has probably been around since the 18th century in Indonesia.
