My daughter was soon to be married and wanted to loose some weight and feel less bloated. It was suggested that she cut out gluten from her diet and so I started buying non gluten products. She soon was feeling more awake, less sluggish and bloated and lost weight in all the right places. Soon the whole family had cut back and we are still being careful with what we eat. We wanted to change our whole outlook on gluten free eating and discovered this Cookbook which has gluten-free, low-glycemic, allergy-aware with meat, vegetarian and vegan options throughout. There isn't another product like it on or offline!  It's unique. http://db4baemk--90dua40jvfgcj94t.hop.clickbank.net . I found it really helpful and it had some amazing variety of recipes.

This cook book is also great for gluten free recipes.  It is also sugar free and has heaps of desserts, including how to make sugar free chocolate!. It has a lot of info on losing weight, staying young, and staying healthy.  The recipes are quick too.
