Part one: how to brew perfect green tea
Instructions
1. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea leaves to your teapot and barely cover them with room temperature water. Let steep for 30 to 60 seconds and decant to your empty tea cup.
2. Add 70 to 80 degree Celsius water to fill your teapot. Steep for only 10 seconds.
3. Empty this infusion to your tea cup, mixing it with the first infusion.
4. Re-steep the leaves 1 to 3 more times (depending on desired strength and size of tea cup or decanting pitcher) for only 10 seconds each time, adding the infusions to your tea cup.
