I've seen this before. Princess Julia was wearing the no eyebrow look a LONG time ago. I thought it'd look strange but somehow it suited her. Princess Julia appeared in the Visage video for Fade to Grey in the 1980s, most people remember her for that. Kelly Osbourne recorded a song that was much the same and I think was sued for plagiarism. Let's face it... Kelly wouldn't be as famous as she is without her father, they all ride on his coat tails and he's the original talent in that family.
