For any fashion lover, let alone Victoria Beckham herself, this could very well be the ultimate scenario.

As part of an exclusive shoot for French Elle, Victoria Beckham found herself posing in sleek couture, alongside the head designer of Chanel, in the home of the late Coco Chanel herself.

Victoria Beckham released two photos on her Twitter giving an inside look into the shoot. One image shows her posing alongside Karl Lagerfeld on the famous curved staircase at 31 Rue Cambon, the other features Beckham alone.

The images show the pair on the iconic staircase where the introverted Coco Chanel used to watch her audiences at Chanel fashion shows.

While the Chanel classics, such as the Little Black Dress and the Little Black Jacket were absent, a pair of Little Black Hot Pants took center stage.

Beckham wore black underwear by Eres in both images. In the first the hot pants are accessorized with a fitted black sweater by Lanvin, Chanel jewelry and black ankle boots by Giuseppe Zanotti Design. In the other she wears a white Fendi shirt, eyeglasses from her eyewear range and Sergio Rossi stilettos. Her bare legs seem to steal the show from the incredible backdrop and gorgeous clothing in each image and the 38-year-old looks stunning.

Commenting on the shoot Beckham said, “to shoot in Coco Chanel’s apartment in the clothes of the house of Chanel is really a dream come true.”

Karl Lagerfeld offered his own praise of the fashionista saying, “Victoria has an innate sense of style. She knows what she likes, and knows what is good for her.”

Beckham alluded to the shoot back in July with a Twitpic of some Chanel barrettes and a glass of Rose, tweeting that she was “loving Paris!!” Considering the quality of the images we’re surprised she could wait this long to share them with her fans.

The images will likely increase her already massive Twitter following. Beckham gained over 57,000 new Twitter followers during New York Fashion Week back in September. She topped every other designer as the most talked about collection on the social media site and her presence seems to be constantly growing.

The images will appear in the newest issue of French Elle, available on October 26.
